February 19, 1999 Dear Jack: I just wanted to take the time to say "Mahalo" for the page, of the Coral Reef Hotel lobby renovation, that you will be utilizing in your portfolio. As with any renovation of this magnitude, and a building this old, there were challenges along the way. Given the budgetary constraints, I must say the end result is fantastic!
